SIGN-UPS OPEN MAY 1, 2012 AND RUN THROUGH AUGUST 1, 2012

FTYA’s field hockey program is open to children in 2nd through 6th grades and participates in the Youth Junior Field Hockey League.

•The league is instructional, with rules and positioning designed to allow the oldest and youngest players to compete on a level field.  In addition to skill development, the players learn teamwork, sportsmanship and mentoring.

•We play a 12-game season spanning September and October, with practice beginning in mid-August and a pre-season scrimmage day in Washington Township at the end of August.

•Practices and home games are held at the Franklin Township School.

UPCOMING EVENTS:

•Sign-up period opens May 1, 2012 and runs through August 1, 2012.  Children signing up after August 1 will be wait-listed.
