Sign-ups:

October 7th, 14th and 16th between 6:00 pm and 8:00 at the Franklin Elementary School
 

October 18th between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm at the Sabury Soccer Fields

Registration Form (Submit in triplicate)

Please have the following information with you for completing the registration form:
- Family physician name and phone number
- Child’s allergy/medication/special health condition information
- Insurance provider, policy number and subscribers name
- (2) Emergency contacts (friend, relative or parent not living with child)

Costs:

$45 for 1st and 2nd graders
$50 for 3rd through 8th graders

Instructional: 1st & 2nd Grade

League: 3rd & 4th Grade

 

League: 5th & 6th Grade

 

League: 7th & 8th Grade
   

Practices:

Held at the Franklin Elementary School and the Municipal Building
   

Post Season Play

League 7th & 8th Grade, depending on team record

 

Hot Shot: foul shot competion, available for grades 3-8
