Please bring the following information with you to sign ups:
- Family physician name and phone number
- Child’s allergy/medication/special health condition information
- Insurance provider, policy number and subscribers name
- (2) Emergency contacts (friend, relative or parent not living with child)

(Kindergarten)

There are no teams; instructional play only.
T-Shirts and socks are supplied by the FTYA. Black shorts, shin guards and SOCCER cleats are provided by the parents.
Team parents will give out uniforms, collect all paperwork, help to set up volunteers for the concesson stand, collect money for the end of the season party, and call other  parents when games are cancelled.
Practices are 2 times per week; one hour during the week and then another hour Saturday morning.
Children should bring water to practice. A size 3 ball is used at this level.

 

Division 6
(1st and 2nd Graders)

Children born between August 1, - July 31,
A draft is held to pick teams during a coaches meeting. Teams are Co-ed.
T-Shirts and socks are supplied by the FTYA. Black shorts, shin guards and SOCCER cleats are provided by the parents.
Team parents will give out uniforms, collect all paperwork, help to set up volunteers for the concesson stand, collect money for the end of the season party, and call other  parents when games are cancelled.
Practices are usually 2 times per week before the season starts. They last  for one to one and a half hours. About mid- season practices are cut to one time per week, as per the coaches discretion.
Games are played on Saturdays. Children should bring water to games and practices. A size 3 ball is used at this level.

 

Division 5
(3rd and 4th Graders)
